Slough Borough Council has been engaging with eco-Shaper for several months and this has been positive experience, based on mutual trust, and solution-focussed. I find both Grace and Tracey to be very approachable and understanding of our organisation’s essential needs whilst adapting their product to fit our needs.
I have recently trialed the eco-Shaper product for our carbon footprint reporting, and found it very straightforward to use, and we have now secured an agreement with eco-Shaper to provide Slough Borough Council with an enterprise dashboard that includes questionnaires to calculate Scope 1-3 emissions more accurately over the next 12 months.
These reports are downloadable at any time and are live so as we refine and improve our data sets, we can continue to report on our scope emissions ensuring we have up to date carbon footprint reports. It is a requirement of our Carbon Management Plan to reduce CO2e emissions by 10% per annum and therefore we need to undertake annual GHG reporting. In addition, the reports allow us to run ‘what if reduction’ scenarios. We’ve also opted for the add on of a questionnaire and dashboard for the employee carbon footprint (based on work data, specifically business travel).
This employee data is aggregated and anonymised and feeds into Scope 3 at the enterprise level. I trust this reference gives you the reassurances you are looking for.
