What is Sprout Equity?

Sprout Equity allows community members to become co-owners in eco-shaper by investing in our upcoming share issuance. This is an equity offer, not a donation or loan.

The Mission

There are approximately 377,000 large companies operating worldwide. If each of these organizations — with an average of 20,000 employees — engaged their employees though eco-shaper’s unique platform, the results would be transformative.

To reach 1 billion people, we need just 50,000 large companies to commit to this change.

If those 1 billion employees reduce their emissions by 20% the scale of action would result in an estimated 800 million metric tons of CO₂ reduction annually — a figure comparable to the total yearly emissions of entire nations, such as Brazil or Canada.

But the impact doesn’t stop there. Each employee’s shift in mindset and behaviour can influence 3 additional people, creating a ripple effect that extends far beyond corporate walls.

Is this a safe investment?

Investing in early-stage companies carries risk. Sprout Equity is not FSCS-insured. However, your investment qualifies for EIS tax relief, which helps mitigate risk.

What do I get as a shareholder?

You receive real equity—ordinary shares in Eco-Shaper Ltd—plus perks, discounts, and a voice in our direction.

Will I get dividends or returns?

We reinvest profits to grow our impact. Returns may come in the future through dividends or share buy-backs and we plan to exit within 7 years.

Can I sell my shares?

Not immediately. Shares are not listed or tradable. Liquidity options may arise in future rounds or through an exit sale.

Is this FCA regulated?

No. This is a community share exemption under the FSMA. We do not exceed offer thresholds that require FCA oversight.
