Throughout his 25+ year career, he’s held pivotal roles in renowned firms such as SAP and IBM, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives in advanced AI.

Executive leader,  most recently the CDO & CIO for Barclays UK. Roles including at EY in Sydney,  Rabobank, ING, Deloitte, PwC and Rio Tinto in Australia before switching to Macquarie as chief analytics officer. Recognized as one of the WanDiscoTop 100 Data Activators 2022 and the 2008 CIO ‘Ones to Watch’ 

Natasha is an experienced business leader and change management specialist with experience in Global Financial Services and Education. She brings over two decades of experience in guiding teams toward peak performance and fostering individual growth.

Vijay is an executive change leader with a 22+ year successful track record, solving complex transformations through Enterprise technology solutions. A visionary with a unique blend of technology & risk expertise to solve complex business problems. His is currently leading on Generative AI and AI Risk at Nationwide Building Society.

James has a long history of working across the tech industry in San Francisco. He was a Director for both Abiba Systems Pvt Ltd and ValuAccess Services Pvt Ltd. He later became an Advisor for Success Services Emerging Products and Partnerships at Salesforce. In 2016, he took on the role of Director of Enterprise Sales and Services at Paracosma, He is currently an Investor at SpaceFund, and a Strategic Advisor at Stellar Amenities and Olis Robotics.

Stuart has over 25 years’ experience in leading change for Private Equity and Fund Administration, Trust Administration and Banking services businesses. He is also an entrepreneur who previously co-founded Knadel, which grew into a leading independent change management consultancy targeting private equity and corporate service providers. Knadel went on to be acquired.

Lecturer at UoS

Lecturer at the University of Surrey’s Centre for Environment and Sustainability, with expertise in sustainability analysis. Author of over 60 peer-reviewed papers, adopted by industry and government. Specializes in top-down footprinting methods and low-carbon lifestyle research, applied to enterprise carbon footprint modeling within MGEL.

Mustan is a highly successful Enterprise Architect with over 20 years’ experience working with FTSE 100 and other leading enterprises across the globe. He has worked extensively in hierarchical, flat and matrix managed organisations, with a singular keel of melded ethics, morals and integrity which were catalysed by his background as a healthcare professional.
